NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF MEMBERS OF
The Interior Designers Institute of British Columbia (“IDIBC”)
The Board of Directors of IDIBC hereby gives notice that the Annual General Meeting of IDIBC will be held by electronic means as an online videoconference in British Columbia, on the 24th day of September, 2020, at the hour of 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., for the following purposes:
- To receive the financial statements of IDIBC for the period ended June 30, 2020, including the year-end financials ended December 31, 2019.
- Presentation of any ordinary or special resolutions requiring member consent.
- Election of nominated Directors to the Board of Management.
- To transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting.
Registration prior to the AGM is required for all members. Registration information will be used to record Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for Intern and Registered members as well as verify member eligibility to vote. All members in good standing are entitled to attend the Annual General Meeting. In accordance with IDIBC Bylaws, only Registered members are entitled to vote on resolutions.
