Renaissance Interiors is a boutique interior design firm located in West Vancouver
currently

Job Requirements:
• Work hard … play hard … but don’t miss a deadline
• Self-motivated with a good old fashion work ethic
• Degree in Interior Design from a CIDA Accredited Program
• Minimum 2 / 3 years of experience in residential and corporate design
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Word, Excel, Photoshop and Sketch-Up
• Working towards RID
• LEED AP preferred

Responsibilities:
• Project programming / space planning analysis and area calculations
• Prepare design plans, elevations and details, reflected ceiling plans, millwork design, 
  furniture layouts, finish selections plans
• Research suppliers and manufacturers for furniture / finishes, providing budget cost for
  selections
• Prepare construction and furnishings contract documents
• Tendering of custom millwork and furnishings / analysis of quotes / award contract
• Client / trade / team correspondence
