Joey Restaurants is looking for an Intermediate Interior Designer on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities:

-  Determine the design solutions for each project

-  Ensure all details and specifications meet the aesthetic, function, and overall standards of
    The Joey Restaurant Group
   
-  Complete working drawings for permit, tender and construction

-  Compose specifications and obtain contract pricing for finishes, materials, lighting, plumbing,
    hardware and furniture

-  Coordinates material and product purchase orders

-  Coordinate delivery of furniture, fabric, lighting, etc. to site on the specified deadlines

Education, Experience

Minimum of 3 year diploma or 4 year degree in Interior Design. Minimum of 5 years of working
experience in Interior Design and at least 1 year of experience of construction and contract administration is also required.

Strong Competencies:

-  Conceptualize and create 3D environments and present through visual multimedia, i.e.
    renderings and presentation boards

-  Analytical and problem solving

-  Multitask while working on several projects concurrently

-  Organizational skills under tight budget and time constraints

-  Oral and written communication

-  Understanding of developing and reading working drawings

-  Proficiency in AutoCAD 2010, Powerpoint and Photoshop
